Here is a checklist of documents that you may need to provide when you are entering your application for numerous scholarships:

• Official Transcript
• Letter of Recommendation
• Copy of Student Aid Report (SAR)
• Grade Point Average (GPA) Certification Form (high school seniors)
• Enrollment Verification Form
